Crealy & Photo Experience Captures More Smiles with New Partnership

In early 2025, Crealy Theme Park & Resort partnered with Photo Experience to transform how guests capture their favourite moments at the park.
With a vision to increase photo opportunities and improve image quality, the collaboration aimed to deliver a seamless, immersive photography experience for visitors of all ages.
Photo Experience installed a full ride photography system across four key attractions: Tidal Wave, Vortex Watercoaster, Maximus Rollercoaster & Dino Jeeps. Leveraging cutting-edge camera technology, the team introduced a centralised photo system, allowing guests to view and purchase their photos from any point within the park. This innovation opened the door to capturing memories beyond just the high-adrenaline rides, making the experience inclusive for families and younger visitors.
Working closely with the Crealy team, Photo Experience delivered a phased installation. A second stage was completed after hours to avoid ride closures, minimising disruption and ensuring an uninterrupted guest experience.
Ready for the summer holidays, Crealy launched the unlimited digital photo pass. This provided guests with better value for money and encouraged them to engage at multiple photo points across the park. Day visitors could purchase a pass for a single day, while resort guests could choose a pass that lasted the duration of their stay. The impact was immediate. With noticeably improved photo quality, an increase in spend per head, and 27% more revenue compared to the previous year, demonstrating clear growth in guest engagement and revenue.
